  50. If you are interested in purchasing beta (product that has not been finalized),
  51. a completed and signed APDA Terms & Conditions form must be on file or
  52. accompany an order which includes a non Class 1 product.  This form need only
  53. be completed once, as it will remain current in our files.  Beta products are
  54. starred in the on-line price lists. Complete the form and enclose it with your
  55. order form.

  66. APDA accepts the following forms of payment.  Check the most current edition of

  71.     • Checks drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars

  82. There is a choice of delivery methods: Surface (UPS Ground) or air.
  83. Additionally, we will use First Class U.S. Mail for deliveries to all APOs,
  84. FPOs, and PO Boxes. Your shipping charge is based on the table below. On mail
  85. orders please remember to indicate which shipping method you prefer, or we will
  86. assume you prefer surface delivery which can take from 5-7 working days for
  87. coast-to-coast shipments.

  106. The standard shipping method for international orders is air express via TNT
  107. Skypak.  Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to clear customs. Companies or
  108. groups using the services of a customs broker should provide the broker's name
  109. and telephone number with the order. Large orders may qualify for “deferred"
  110. air service at substantially lower rates. Total time from departure through
  111. customs is 5-7 working days. International terms of sale are FOB, ship point
  112. Fremont, California, USA.  All applicable duties and taxes are the
  113. responsibility of the purchaser.

  171. APDA accepts returns at any time, for any reason.  Please reference the back of
  172. your packing slip for details.  You will need to include the packing slip with
  173. the returned merchandise.  At your option, we will gladly replace your shipment
  174. at no charge or issue a refund against your original payment method.

  176. UPGRADES
  177. Upgrade policies vary from product to product.  While the purchase of some
  178. products guarantees an upgrade to the next version, the purchase of others
  179. might not have that same guarantee.

  181. PURCHASE PROTECTION
  182. To protect your investment in development tools, we offer 30-day purchase
  183. protection for all Apple-labeled products.  If within 30 days of the date you
  184. purchase a product, we begin taking orders for a new version of that product,
  185. you will automatically receive the update version at no additional charge.
